Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Apothic Red
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream (roughly two, large scoops)
  • 2-4 cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup club soda

Prepare

  1. Add ice cream and cherries in a non-stemmed wine glass.
  2. Pour in wine.
  3. Top with club soda.
  4. Enjoy immediately.
