- 8 oz. Apothic Merlot
- 1 cup fresh blackberries (+ a few for optional garnish)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup ice
- 1-2 fresh mint sprigs for optional garnish
- Wash and pat dry 1 cup blackberries.
- Place in freezer for 2 hours.
- Blend 8 oz. Apothic Merlot, frozen blackberries, ice, and sugar in a blender for 30 seconds.
- Pour into large red-wine glass.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh blackberries and fresh mint sprigs
